Jira Cloud Connector for Synera

Your engineering workflows, wired straight into Jira.

Create and update issues, run JQL, manage sprints and log work as Synera nodes, right next to the simulations, geometry and data pipelines that produce the work. No scripts, no REST plumbing, no copying results between tools.

Highlights

Practically everything a team does in Jira.

JQL, done properly

Run a query, count the matches without fetching them, or validate a JQL string before you use it. Saved filters can be listed and run too.

project = ENG AND status != Done
→ Count · Valid true

Agile boards and sprints

Boards, sprints, the backlog, epics and epic issues, and moving issues into a sprint. Team-managed projects work too: epic issues fall back to a parent search where the agile endpoint doesn’t apply.

Bulk housekeeping

Create or fetch many issues at once from a list or table, then assign and transition them. List inputs accept comma, semicolon or newline-separated values in one field.

Worklogs that sync

Add, update and delete worklogs, and pull every worklog updated since a timestamp to keep external systems and dashboards in step.

Versions and releases

Create a Jira version and release it as part of a design release workflow, alongside components, roles and statuses for each project.

Custom fields without guesswork

List every field, read the create-metadata for a project and issue type, and build the field JSON a custom field needs.

Every capability

69 nodes in 11 groups.

Each one ships a runnable example workflow and an in-canvas help page with a note on every input and output.

Connection

Example uses

Close the loop between engineering and tracking.

Automatic issue creation

Open a Jira issue, with the failing values attached, whenever a simulation or design-rule check falls outside its limits.

Release tracking

Create a Jira version and move the matching issues into a sprint as part of a design release workflow.

Engineering dashboards

Pull JQL results and worklogs into Synera to report progress next to the engineering data itself.

Bulk housekeeping

Create, update or transition many issues at once from a list or table.

Better with both add-ins

Works well with the Confluence Cloud Connector. Publish reports, results tables and images to Confluence from the same workflow. Each add-in signs in on its own.
